Ingredients
- .5 - .75 C Jim Beam
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c vinegar
- 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c molasses
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- I add a little cayane powder to taste for a little kick.

Preparation
Step 1
Cook it down to thicken it up. It is best to make the day before you are going to use it, refridgerate it and allow the flavors to meld together. It is so much better the next day.
