Zesty Mustard Chicken (Ellbees)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup prepared mustard
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Zesty Ellbee's
• 1 fryer chicken 3 lbs. cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl combine ingredients and mix well. Loosen skin of the chicken and spoon some of the glaze under the skin. Place chicken skin side up on medium heat grill, for 20 minutes. Basting occasionally with remaining glaze. Turn chicken and cook 20 minutes longer, basting with remaining glaze. Serves 6
