Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef, or ground turkey
- 1 cup favorite shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (optional) my kids don't like the onion!
- 3 teaspoons Original Ellbee's

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and
shape into 8-10 patties. Place on platter and
let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Grill burgers on medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side, only turning once.
Serve on or off bun with your favorite trimmings. Serves 8-10
