Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon water
- Half a teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Half a teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Process egg yolk, rice vinegar, water, mustard, salt and sugar in a blender. With the blender running drizzle the sesame oil and the canola oil in a slow steady stream until emulsified, one minute. Drizzle over grilled chicken skewers.
