Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup plus 3 tbls whole milk
- pinch salt
- 6 tsp melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk flour, eggs, milk and 4 1/2 tsp of butter to form smooth, thin batter. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cooking.
Heat a 6" skillet over medium heat. Brush with a light coat of butter and pour in 1/4 cup of crepe batter. Cook until golden brown on the bottom and top begins to look dry. (1-2 minutes). Using spatula, turn the crepe and cook on 2nd side for about 30 seconds.
Transfer to plate and cover loosely with wax paper to keep warm.
