- 1 container Alouette garlic and herb soft spreadable cheese
- 1 package petite towels
- 1 container petite cherry tomatoes, blistered
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finally chopped

Step 1
Set oven to broil. Place olive oil in a skillet and add the petite tomatoes to blister over high heat. About 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside. Finely chop parsley and set aside. Place petite toasts on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously spread the cheese on top of the tomatoes. Be generous. Pop the cheese toast in the oven for 45 seconds. Remove from oven and place one petite tomato on top of each petite toast. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
