Ingredients
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs (beat them)
- 2 cups of leftover risotto
- 1/2 cups of cubed cheese (any)

Preparation
Step 1
grab a handful of risotto
2.spread them on your palm
3.stuff the middle with cheese
4.roll them up into a ball
5.squeeze them to make the risotto stick well
6.coat arancini ball with flour
7.then coat with egg
8.then coat with breadcrumbs evenly
9.spray with olive oil
10.fry them in a Phillips Airfryer
11.airfry them for 10 minutes in 200ºc
