Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream or chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk - sometimes I use apple or pineapple juice
  • 1 pkg Stove Top stuffing
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Chicken in bottom of baking dish
Swiss cheese on top of chicken
Combine soup and milk and pour over chicken
Sprinkle with stuffing mix
Pour melted butter on top
Cover with foil
Bake 50 minutes until chicken no longer pink. Take for off for last 10 minutes
