Ingredients

  • 1 Can Eagle Brand
  • 5 pkgs of Jello (assorted flavor) 85g.
  • 7 pkgs Knox Gelatin

Step 1


Mix 1 can Eagle Brand with 1-1/8 cup boiling water. In a separate bowl mix 2 packages of Knox Gelatin in ½ cup cold water and transfer to the Eagle Brand mixture. Mix till smooth.
For the Jello mixture:
In a separate bowl, mix 1 package of Jello with 1 cup boiling water. In a separate bowl mix 1 package of Knox Gelatin and dissolve with ¼ cup cold water and transfer to the Jello mixture. Mix till smooth.
Note: Do the same procedure for all the remaining packages of Jello.
To Assemble:
Pam spray 9x13 baking dish.
First layer – Jello mixture. Any bubbles pinch with your finger. Put in fridge till it settles. (Note – if the Jello doesn’t stick to your finger, it is settled)
Second layer – Use ¾ cup of the Eagle Brand mixture and pour on top of the Jello. Put it back in the fridge. (Note – if it doesn’t stick to your finger, it is ready for the next layer)
