Cocktails (Coconut Lime Rickey)

This tropical milkshake,with its intoxicating island fragrance,is perfect for languorous sipping on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 Cups cracked ice or 6 ice cubes
• 1-1/2 Oz light rum
• 1/2 Oz fresh lime juice
• 3/4 Oz coconut syrup
• 1 Oz half-and-half
• 1 lime wedge for garnish

Step 1

1)Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice and add all the ingredients except the lime wedge. Shake vigorously to blend and chill.

2)Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Squeeze the lime wedge over the top,then drop it into the drink and serve.
