- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 TBS. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Pour 3/4 cup warm water inot small bowl; stir in yeast. Let stand until yeast dissolves, about 5 minutes.
MIx 2 cups flour, sugar and salt in mixer. Add yeast mixture and 3 TBS. oil. Mix until the sticky dough forms a ball. Transfer to floured surface and knead until smooth, or continue to mix until smooth. Put dough in oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for about an hour and punch down.
