Ingredients
- 2 C roasted red peppers
- 1 TBLS olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 package garlic & herb cream cheese (6 oz / 170 g) 1
- - sprinkle of hot pepper flakes -
- - pitted kalamata olives -
- 1 loaf french bread, sliced -

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor; add peppers, oil, salt and pepper. Pulse until peppers are finely chopped but not pureed, 10 to 15 pulses. Pour pepper sauce into shallow ceramic or pottery baking dish.
Place cheese on top of sauce in middle of baking dish. Scatter hot pepper flakes over cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven until sauce is warm and cheese is soft, 12 to 15 minutes. Place baking dish on serving tray and surround with bread slices. Garnish cheese with olives.
