Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup soy sauce

  • 1/4

    cup sesame seed oil

  • 2

    Tbsp. sesame seeds

  • small strips of chicken or pork

  • 2

    cups broccoli flowerets

  • 1

    onion thinly sliced

  • 1/2

    pound snow peas

  • 1

    cup sliced celery

  • 1/2

    cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1

    Tbsp. cornstarch

  • 1/2

    cup water

  • Rice noodles, chow mein noodles or rice

Directions

Combine first three ingred., stirring well. Add bite size pieces. of chicken or pork and add to marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Preheat wok to 325 degrees. Add chicken and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add broccoli and onion, stir fry 2 minutes. Add snow peas, celery, a mushrooms. Add chicken to wok, combine cornstarch and water to wok. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve over noodles or rice.
