Funnel Cake

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2/3 cups milk
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 T. sugar
• 1 1/2 C. flour
• 3/4 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg, add milk and mix. Add rest of ingredients a little bit at a time. Stir with spatula to get lumps out. Beat until smooth. Heat 1" oil in frying pan. Pour batter through funnel. Fry until brown and turn over. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
