Ingredients
- 3 pounds skinless chicken thigh
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Step 1
Place chicken thighs in 3 1/2 qt slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Pour over chicken, being sure to get some sauce on every piece. Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or High 3 to 4 hours.
