Rocky Road Squares

Ingredients

• 3 cups mini marshmallows
• 2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies®
• 1/2 cup golden corn syrup
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, at room temperature

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marshmallows and cereal in large bowl. In saucepan combine syrup and chocolate chips. Stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Pour over marshmallow mixture and mix well. Press firmly into greased 9-inch square pan. Chill and cut into squares.
