Step 1

Line a 15 x 10 cookie sheet with foil. Oil well. Lay soda crackers side by side to cover. Bring to boil 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup butter. Boil 2 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread. Put in 350 oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 6 oz chocolate chips. Let melt and spread. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Press in. Let stand 10 minutes then break in pieces.
