Ingredients
- 1 lb. sweet butter
- 1 c.+2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c.+2 tbsp.strong espresso coffee
- I use an instant Italian brand -- Medaglia d'Oro Instant Espresso .I use 1-2 tbsp. coffee in the water.
- 12 ozs. bittersweet chocolate
- 4 oz, unsweetened chocolate
- 8 large eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
2 Line a 9x3" springform pan with foil
3 and grease and flour generously. Set aside
4 In a saucepan, over LOW heat, melt together butter, sugar, and coffee.
5 Whisk ingredients together.
6 Add chocolates and continue to stir until melted.
7 Remove from heat ad the eggs, slightly beaten.
8 Whisk together and turn into prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cake is done when top has a crust and is dry to touch. Can take an hour plus to bake.
