Ingredients
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c lime juice
- 1/2 c cilantro, chopped, fresh
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 12 skinned boned chicken breast halves, cut into strips.
- 12 (6inch) flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 2 c (8oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- sour cream
- salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a plastic bag-Add chicken. Marinate for 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinate. Discard marinate. Cook chicken with pepper strips until done. Serve with tortillas. avocado, cheese, lettuce sour creams and salsa.
