Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 cups heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and almond extract
in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer with the whisk attachment
mix on medium until smooth
while the mixture is still whipping slowly add the heavy cream
stop and scrap the bottom of the bowl a couple of times while you continue whipping until the cream holds a stiff peak
