Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 8 cups torn, mixed greens
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup veg. oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

Step 1
Combine greens, blueberries, cheese, almonds and sunflower seeds in a lg. bowl. In a blender combine dressing ingredients except poppy seeds. Blend until well mixed. Stir in poppy seeds.
