Ingredients
- chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tsp. butter

Step 1
Dredge chicken in flour, saute in pan about 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Mix broth and vinegar, add to pan with garlic and heat. Return chicken to pan, heat through. remove from pan, add butter to thicken sauce and pur over chicken. This is also delicious with pork chopes or fish like salmon.
