BUTTER & SUGAR MOLDS SLOWLY MELT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE OVER DOUBLE BOILER MAKE SURE EGGS AND EGG YOLKS ARE AT ROOM TEMP MIX THESE TWO TOGETHER USING THE WHISK ATTACHMENT SLOWLY MIX POWDERED SUGAR AND EGG MIXTURE INTO MELTED CHOCOLATE UNTIL SMOOTH SIFT AND ADD FLOUR ALL AT ONCE AND MIX WELL FILL MOLDS TO 3/4 REFRIGERATE AND BAKE TO ORDER AT 375 FOR 10-15 MIN
