  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1

Beat eggs until thick; add milk and oil Add all dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

*Using waffle maker*

Plug unit and red indicator light come on. Close the lid until unit has preheated and _green light_ comes on. Open lid and pour 1/3 cup batter in center of each plate. Close lid. DO NOT LOCK HANDLE WHILE COOKING. Bake waffles for ~ 3 minutes. Do not open waffle maker during first minute of cooking. Waffles are ready when indicator light goes off or when there is no more steam escaping. Use plastic or wood utensils to remove waffles.
