Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns, thawed in refrigerator
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese, divided in half
  • 1/2 pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry onions

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, using half of the shredded cheese, place in a greased, 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
