3/4 cups Coconut Rum
1/4 cup Vodka

Step 1

Just substitute half the water for vodka, tequila or Gin. The tonic water is what makes it GLOW. Bring one cup of tonic water to a boil. Add to Jell-O and stir till dissolved.
