Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. pork spare ribs or pork tenderloin (2)
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 small piece of ginger root (1-inch) chopped

Step 1
Mix soy sauce, ginger powder and cornstarch until smooth.
Brush the mixture over ribs.
Place the meat on the broiler pan and bake at 425 degrees for 20 mins.
Mix the vinegar, sugar, broth, salt, mustard and ginger in the crockpot and add the meat. Cook low for 8 hours or until tender.
