Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 (4oz) can diced green chiles
- 12 (6oz)corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 (101/2) oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 1/4Oz) can sliced black olives
- 1 c enchilada sauce, mild
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 (8oz - 2 c)pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- Toppings: shredded lettuce,diced tomato,finely chopped red onion, "salsafied" sour cream dip, and cilanto-lime sour cream dip.

Preparation
Step 1
Cook first 3 ingredients until beef is well done, drain.
Place beef in a large bowl, add tortilla pieces and next 4 ingredients, plus 1 c cheese. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese.
Bake 400* for 20-25 minutes. Serve with toppings
