Ingredients
- 1 # hamburger, cooked, drained
- 1 can black beans, washed
- 1 can whole kernel corn. drained
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 Enchilada Sauce, mild
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 fresh pico-de-gallo (in produce section)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 c Mexican Cheese, shredded
- 2 +c fritoes
- 2 c sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Set aside 1/2 c cheese and sour cream.
Mix all other ingredients and pour into large baking dish. Bake 25-30 min at 375*. Top with remaining cheese and sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
