Ingredients
- Moist Deluxe Orange Supreme Cake Mix(Duncan Hines) May substitute yellow cake mix if orange is not available.
- 1/3 c oil
- 1 1/3 c water
- 3 eggs
- 140 z Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 c orange juice
- Zest from 1 orange
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch salt
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 12 oz coconut, frozen, fresh, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan.
Prepare and cook cake according to directions on the box. Cool. Leave in pan.
Poke holes in the cake with a fork.
Drizzle cake with 1 can Eagle Brand and orange syrup.
Orange Syrup:
Combine OJ, sugar, lemon juice,and salt. Boil 3-5 min until thickens.
Top with cool whip and sprinkle with coconut.
