Best Cilantro Dressing Ever

Seriously! I can't hardly make enough for my family. I've doubled this recipe and it still turns out great, which I recommend if your family loves this like mine does. This is great on salads, but we've used it for fish tacos, dips, last night my husband and son even put it on their baked potato!

Ingredients

• 1 bunch cilantro, stems and leaves
• 8-10 basil leaves
• 1 tsp cumin
• 2 galic cloves
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• juice of 1 lime
• 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1-1/2 tsp honey
• 1 seeded jalapeno, optional (or not seeded if you want a kick)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings to preference.
