Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons molasses
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (I used Gourmet Garden)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients (except corn starch and water) in a medium size pot over medium.
Whisk to combine.
Bring to a boil, whisking frequently.
Combine corn starch and water in a small
container, whisk to combine and add to sauce.
Whisk and allow to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Serve and enjoy!
