Sour Beef and Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 shot glass of Allspice
- 1 shot glass of Whole Cloves
- 1 shot glass of Mustard Seed
- Put into cheesecloth, tie off with thread, or a tea strainer if you have one big enough
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Dry Red Peppers
- 4-5 lb Sirloin Tip Roast
- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 Cups Vinegar
- 8 Cups Water
- 1-2 boxes Ginger Snap Cookies

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook until tender(rolling boil)
Remove beef, bay leaves, red peppers and spice bag. Blend remaining juice with the ginger snap cookies until desired thickness and smooth. Add 3 tablespoons sugar, taste, add more vinegar and/or sugar as needed. Return beef to gravy and heat.
