Ingredients
- 1 med. head lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sugar. sprinkle on top
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkle on top
- 1/2 lb. fried bacon
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place first 5 ingredients in a straight bowl in layers, lettuce on the bottom. Cover next 3 ingredients, after mixing with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 24 hrs. Just before serving, sprinkle fried bacon, chopped eggs and salt and pepper on top and serve.
