Chocolate Zucchinni Cake

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tsp soda
• 3/4 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups zucchinni (shredded)
• nuts - optional
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and butter. Add eggs beat well. Stir in vanilla and zucchinni. Mix dry ingredients. Stir together. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake 350 F 1 hour. Cool. Glaze.

Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
