Ingredients
- 8 oz.pkg. cream cheese-at room temp.
- 12 medium sized potatoes, peeled, cooked and hot
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 large onion, minced (optional)
- 1 tsp. each, salt and white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese, add hot potatoes and beat until combined. Add milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper, beat until fluffy.
Place in greased casserole. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350F, until top in browned.
