  • 18 1/4 oz box white cake mis (plus additional indgredients as direct on package)
  • 1 box (4-serving size) strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 16 oz tub vanilla frosting
  • 12-14 pink sugar wafer cookies, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour two 9-ink cake pans.

Prepare cake mix as directed for a 9-ink two-layer ckae, adding the strawbeery gelatin to the batter and beating until well blended. Pour batter inprepared pans and bake as directed.

Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire racks to cool completely.

Once cool, fill and frost cakes and decorate if desired. Gently press the crushed cookies into the sides of the cake.
