Ingredients
- Asparagus spears
- 4-5 carrot sticks
- 1 onion wedge
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 stems dill with flower
- 1 gallon white vinegar
- 1 gallon water

Preparation
Step 1
Pack all ingredients into canning jars.
Heat 1 gal. of white vinegar and 1 gal. water together. Heat rings and lids. Pour vinegar mixture in jars. Leave 1/2 inch head space in jars. Put heated lids and rings on jars. Cook sealed jars in rapid boiling water for 40 min. Take out and let cool. Let set 4-6 weeks.
