Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese Brownies:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter, softened
  • one 8 oz. package cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Blend together sugar, oil, eggs, cocoa, and vanilla. Add flour; mix. Add nuts; spread into greased 13x9 in. baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.


Cream Cheese Brownies:
Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Swirl into brownie batter with knifr edge.
