Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lb margarine (1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar and stir. Stir in eggs and milk. Mix to a soft dough. Roll out gently, cut into size required. Bake in 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
