Ingredients
- 6 fresh bakery buns
- Shredded BBQ Pork (whatever your family loves)
- 1 pound sliced provolone
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook up your favorite slow cooker pork recipe and mix with barbecue sauce. It can even be made the night before and warmed up.
Preheat oven to 350 and line baking pan with foil.
Put bottoms of buns in the pan and cover with slices of cheese.
Cover cheese with the barbecue pork mixture.
Top with the tops of the buns.
On stove top, melt butter. Add onions, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and cook onions until soft. Spoon butter mixture over the top of the sandwiches.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
