Ingredients
- 4 large Lamb loin chops
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 T fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1-2 T mint sauce (not jelly)
- 2 T dry sherry or red wine vinegar*
- 1 T light soya sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix marinade (pepper, rosemary, mint, red wine vinegar and soya sauce).
2. Pour over the loins.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or 1-6 hours in the fridge.
4. Drain.
5. BBQ about 15 minutes, turning.
6. Drizzle with left over marinade.
7. Enjoy.
