  • 27g Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBS Garlic Paste (or 3 cloves minced)
  • 3 TBS Red Curry Paste
  • 2 TBS Fish Sauce
  • 400g (1 13.5 oz can) Coconut Milk
  • 120g Yellow Onion
  • 120g Green Peas, petite
  • 612g Shrimp, cooked
  • 91g Maifun rice noodles, cooked (weight is dry noodles, basically 1/2 package)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place first 6 ingredients (through coconut milk) in bowl. Whisk to combine. Divide evenly between 6 sealable jars or microwave safe bowls.

2. Layer other ingredients in bowls on top of paste.

3. To serve, fill with boiling water, shake, and let stand to heat. Add lime juice and chopped cilantro before serving.
