Ingredients
- 2 cups simple syrup
- Lemon Zest
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 c fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Remove wide strips of zest from 2 lemons with veg peeler. Add zest to 2 cups simple syrup recipe before heating. Let cool, then pour into ice filled pitcher. Stir in salt, 2 cups fresh lemon juice and 2 cups water and some lemon slices.
