Ingredients
- 4 to 5 pd. beef brisket
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp. onions, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and pour over meat, which has been put in a 13x9 inch pyrex baking dish. cover with foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Cook in 250 degree oven for 5 to 6 hours or until fork tender.
Slice thin slices against the grain to serve. Pour some pan broth over meat to serve.
