Chocolate Mousse Dessert

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup butter
- FILLING:
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz. size) softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding (3 oz. size)
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding (3 oz. size)
- 3 cups milk
- 1 large tub of Cool Whip
- 1 chocolate bar, for grating

Step 1
Begin with the CRUST by mixing the flour, nuts and butter with a pastry blender or a fork. This will be crumbly like a pie dough. Press into the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and let cool.
For the FILLING, mix the two pudding flavors with the mix in a large bowl and set in the fridge to set. Then in a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and the powdered sugar together until completely smooth and spreadable. Spread carefully on top of the cooled crust.
Remove the pudding mixture from the fridge and add not quite half of the Cool Whip to it and fold together carefully. This is the mousse part of the dessert. Carefully spread this mousse on top of the cream cheese layer. Then carefully spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of the mousse layer and sprinkle grated chocolate all over the top of the dessert. Let set in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
