- one 5 lb slab pork ribs
- 4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp House Seasoning
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Wash ribs and drain. Rub each side with liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and seasoned salt. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Roast uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
