Mrs. Field's chocolate chip cookies

Great chocolate chip cookies, but must be stored in container or will dry out quickly!

Ingredients

• Combine the following:
• 1 c. margarine softened
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. brown sguar
• Cream together and beat in 2 eggs; t 1. vanilla
• 2 c. flour (1. c. white, 1 c. wheat)
• 2 1/2 c. oatmeal - ground in food processor
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1 t. baking powder
• 1 t. soda
• 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Refrigerate 2 hours. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
