Beef Brisket

Ingredients
- Heavy aluminum foil
- 1 fresh (not pre-spiced) beef brisket – about 4 pounds
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. Season Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground White Pepper
- 2 tsp. Powdered Garlic
- 2 Cups BBQ sauce
- Hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
Place brisket on foil cut large enough to wrap brisket up in. Sprinkle meat with liquid smoke, season meat with the Season Salt, white pepper and garlic. Place sliced onions over top. Seal the foil loosely but tightly – poke a small hole in the top for venting steam.
Bake at 325 for approximately 3 hours – slice and serve with warm BBQ sauce on hamburger buns. Enjoy!
