Ingredients
- 4 Ounce Cream Cheese, Whipped
- 3 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Pounds Roast Beef, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 4 Ounce Green Chile, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoon Black Olives, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoon Green Pepper, Chopped Fine
- 3 Tablespoon Red Bell Peppers, Chopped Fine
- 3 Tablespoon Yellow Bell Peppers, Chopped Fine

Preparation
Step 1
In mixer whip cream cheese, horseradish and sour cream until smooth. stir in remaining ingredients. spread on beef slice and roll up. cut into 1 inch rolls and serve. If desired you can roll the meat and cheese mixture up with a flour tortilla before slicing in to rolls.
